Snake Bite - Information

Snake Bite was a 'snake' clone. Points were gained for each fruit or bug eaten by the snake. Bugs were worth more than apples and apples were worth more than grapes. These items were randomly placed on the screen at the start of each level.

If the player managed to avoid the fence, the mushrooms and their own tail, then the snake would grow one unit each time an apple was eaten, or two units each time a bug was consumed.

Once all of the fruit was eaten on a screen, it was on to the next level where a new crop of fruit would be ready and waiting.

The game could be started on one of three difficulty levels, ranging from hardest to easiest. This effectively set the speed at which the snake travelled across the screen.
